Overtime & Walk-In Policy
At QH Hair Braiding LLC, we welcome both scheduled appointments and walk-ins; however, special conditions apply to services requested near closing hours or without a booking.
Overtime Appointments
If a client arrives within 1 hour of closing (e.g., after 6:00 PM) and requests a style that will require work beyond regular business hours:
An overtime fee will be applied, separate from the hair service cost.
The exact fee will depend on the style and time required and will be communicated before service begins.
Overtime fees ensure our team is fairly compensated for extended work hours.
Walk-In Clients
We gladly accept walk-ins when availability allows. However, to begin any walk-in service:
A non-refundable deposit of $30 of the total service cost is required before we begin.
This deposit secures your service and goes toward the final balance due upon completion.
These policies help us maintain fairness, quality, and efficiency while accommodating last-minute requests when possible.

To secure your appointment at QH Hair Braiding LLC, we require a non-refundable deposit $30 for all appointments.
Please be advised that all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellations or rescheduling.
We understand you might need adjustments; therefore, we offer one complimentary revision following your initial service. Any additional changes requested thereafter will incur an extra charge.
